XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sends me a bill with a breakdown totaling over 1000.00, but the motorcycle was sold for only 200.00 less then what I owed. After speaking with XXXX XXXX I told them I would gladly pay XXXX owed but felt that these other fees were the responsibility of the customer, the individual who purchased the motorcycle at auction to pay. After zero resolution, I receive a letter from constar financial services LLC a collection agency attempting to collect XXXX, it appears that they are attempting to collect XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX that XXXX XXXX claims I owe.so I made it clear on a telephone message that in a situation like this nobody is getting paid unless a judge and jury sayes I have to pay and that I felt strongly that a Connecticut judge and jury would agree.
