Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX with Hewitt Capital called my work today asking the receptionist to speak with me regarding, ” an urgent matter ” After she informed him that I an unable to take personal calls at work XXXX XXXX proceeded to tell her that ” my wages are in the process of being garnished ” in knowing direct violation of my rights and privacy. Upon checking my voicemail on my cellphone later that day XXXX XXXX is threatening legal action against me if the phone call is not returned by the end of the day when he ” makes his decision ” I have not been given anything in writing by this company or know who XXXX XXXX is or the company he represents. What I do know is that he knowingly and willingly violated the law in order to try and intimidate a response at me. I can not and will not take personal calls at work and it is my right to expect XXXX XXXX respect my privacy and rights.
