Consumer Complaint: On or around XX/XX/2018 I received a phone call from an individual claiming to be a representative of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claiming I owed them {$1000.00}. I stated that I hadnt received any written communication in reference to the alleged debt they claimed I owed and stated that I had no intention of communicating with them via telephone and to put everything in writing. I received a letter dated XX/XX/2018 stating I have a past due balance of {$1000.00} and the creditor is XXXX XXXX. Account # XXXX.
Lets make something perfectly clear. I OWE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NOTHING. Ive never heard of them or done business with them. They continue to harass me on a daily basis, calling for fake local exchanges to mask there identy. As I stated I politely asked them to cease and desist telephone communication with me but they have blatantly violated my request. I owe these parasites nothing. They havent provided me any documentation that suggests that they are a legitimate company and not some SCAMMERS out to rip off an unsuspecting person like myself.
