I signed up with what I thought was a government agency to pay off my student loan debt. This company was called Student Advisors. I heard from Navient in May that my repayment plan needed to be recertified, so I called Student Advisors. No one answered, even though I called multiple times and left messages. Now a company called Equitable Acceptance is harassing me.
