Consumer Complaint: Company ( XXXX XXXX ) is reporting owed amounts of {$30000.00} on my XXXX and my XXXX reports. This is debt from an S-corp ” XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ” from over 2 years ago. This is what I was told by the original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent many documents to the credit reporting companies for dispute. They have recognized that this isn’t a valid ” personal ” debt. Because I was a signer for the Company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they have been harassing me for the past 2 years. And just recently decided to attach this debt on my personal report, which I am still trying to figure out how they were able to do this without my SS #. After this debt is removed by the reporting agencies, they intend to keep reporting it over and over again. This is a violation of Federal law to falsely report on one ‘s personal credit when the original purchase was through a XXXX XXXX XXXX # for an incorporated business.
