Consumer Complaint: US DEPT OF EDUCATION has re-aged my account stated that it was first reported in XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX and that I have made a payment in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They are reporting the same account twice on my credit report. They have several different addresses, names, and account numbers. Every month its a different address with a different name. Re-aging an account is illegal based on the FCRA. I have requested the completeness of the account history.
