Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2018 I reviewed my credit reports and found ( 2 ) accounts that I do not have any knowledge, that I never opened. Both accounts under the account number XXXX are being reported for ( 2 ) different balances {$34.00} and {$1200.00}.

On XX/XX/2018 I contacted the company Phoenix Financial Service by letter disputing the account balance of {$34.00} the {$1200.00}. I requested full validation pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. My request for validation included competent evidence bearing my signature and instrument used to secure a contractual agreement where I am obligated to pay you. I made it clear in my letter that the negative marks found on my credit report held with the ( 3 ) reporting bureaus from their company or any other company that they represent for this debt that I do not owe is a violation of the FCRA and FDCPA and I request that this debt that can not not be validated be removed from all reporting bureaus.

I have yet to receive any response. I have waited for over 30 days for the company to respond in a timely manor and adhere to compliance but they have not. I refuse to wait until this company decides to respond and put this issue right so under advise, I wish to informed Phoenix Financial Service that I am prepared to take steps and file a small claim in my county small claims court. I would like to make this one last good faith effort and ask for the assistance of the CFPB in obtaining one of two things : 1. that this company provide me with full debt validation as per FCRA & FDCPA or 2. the deletion of this invalidated account from my credit reports
