Consumer Complaint: Purchased a coat on XX/XX/2016 at XXXX ‘s in the amount of {$140.00}. Paid with my debit card. Sales associate asked me to sign up for a XXXX ‘s debit card to get a {$25.00} discount. I signed up. He linked the debit card to my bank account. A few days later I was debited again for the coat. I refused payment since I paid at the store in XXXX on XXXX XXXX and XXXX.

I submitted statements to XXXX indicating debt was paid. Associate at store agreed it was paid. Still it went to Collections. I sent copy of statement to Collections Agency. XXXX ‘s has now sent it to three different collections agency. I am not paying for the coat again.

The collection agency that contacted me today CALLED ME FIVE CONSECUTIVE TIMES WHILE I WAS AT WORK. I was at work and could not answer. They are not allowed to call me five consecutive times if I do not answer that is harassment. I will be filing a second complaint against AMsher. My complaint is related to their communication tactics.
