Consumer Complaint: I am beyond exhausted trying to have this problem solved with this company called XXXX XXXX XXXX in connection to XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has been calling me threatening me and harassing me regarding a debt I had no knowledge of. After doing extensive research with the hospital I discovered that this debt that they are oppressive about and verbally abusing me for is an account for my underage daughter. ( Under XXXX years old ) This debt that they are claiming that I owe I had insurance that covered that medical visit. XXXX XXXX XXXX has called my workplace, my child ‘s School Camp, my neighbors and references that were listed on our medical sheet!!! They have called everyone who we’d known at this point except our family pet dog. At this hospital visit I sign a HIPAA form Privacy Act document. XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated our family rights in so many ways that we’re ready to sue. At this point this is my last attempt to have this resolved and closed and removed off of my credit reports. I need XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide me the coordination of benefits sheets that provides all the procedure codes and the XXXX code sheet with an original signed document from me the parent of an under-aged child method of verification for this debt. I have currently opened disputes with all the credit bureaus regarding this collection that they have reported falsely on my credit report. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau about this and openly willing to share this experience with the media regarding this false reporting. I’ve called them on several occasions to resolve this and all they have done is yelled at me and oppressed me. I requested that they cease and desist the phone calls and letters they’ve been sending uncontrollably and they have violated my rights by continuing to communicate with me and this has made my child miserable!! Should they not remove this off of my credit reports I will sue for defamation, Financial injury, and willful injury under the FCRA section 623. I have supporting documents and proof where they violated my rights which I can sue under the fdcpa section 805 ( C ) regarding my cease-and-desist letter. XXXX XXXX XXXX needs to immediately delete and remove this collection account off of my credit reports otherwise I will move forward with taking legal action against them. XXXX XXXX XXXX also doesn’t own this debt and have also violated under the credit laws which were updated XX/XX/2018 regarding Medical collections under the HIPAA Privacy Act. XXXX XXXX
