Consumer Complaint: Auto loan company called at XXXX I was in bed and thought it may have been my mom I answere the phone and the lady was calling to collect on our auto loan payment. I let her I would pay in three days and it’s not 30 days late. She proceeded to try to harass me into making a payment I let her know I would make it. She kept insisting I make the payment now and I let her know it was late and after XXXX she didn’t seem to really care and said she was just trying to collect payment. I let her know she isn’t allowed to call after XXXX and so I hung up.
