Consumer Complaint: Good Morning, I have repeatedly requested my creditor Ally Financial not to contact the certain phone numbers. I provided the phone numbers that I did not want them to contact. Upon speaking with the representative they advised the numbers were marked do not call, and removed from their system. I have made this phone call on at least 4 separate occasions if not more. The last time I had this conversation with them was approximately 2 weeks ago, I requested a manager give a call to me to discuss. I haven’t heard back from anyone. I also submitted an email to try to resolve-I have received no response via email.

If a customer requests that a number not be called, and it still happens that is a violation of the. I don’t know how to make them stop. It has been embarrassing because they are calling people who they should not.

I don’t think a creditor has unlimited rights to harass you to collect a debt.
and the sad thing is I have been in constant communication with the creditor, there is no need to call someone else to reach me. I consider it a form of harassment Please contact me at XXXX to discuss further.
