Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving very RUDE calls from a debt collection agency called XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX. XXXX. Stating that I owe an out standing bill amount for cell phones of which i do NOT have and an outstanding balance of over {$1000.00}. My name is XXXX I’ve explained this over and over time and again to these individual ‘s that keep calling me that I don’t have the products in question but also I have only missouri XXXX AND XXXX. income i have been XXXX since XXXX. And this debt collection agency has been calling me since XXXX. No other icome do I have except the {$770.00} per month that is as Ive learned in the past year are both State and Federally protected. But they keep calling me even as going as far as calling me out by First name getting rude with me and saying things like what your XXXX etc etc. I just would like the debt gone and some dignity intact I am a proud Veteran of the XXXX and I dont appreciate being belittled over the phone. I was raised right and use my manners even when someone as rude as that lady said that awful stuff to me.
