Consumer Complaint: XXXX endorsed my dependant into my auto policy causing my auto insurance premium to rise doubled after knowing that I disagreed to add my son XXXX as my dependant to my auto policy. I forward to them a check up to 10 % of unearned insurance for the month of my cancelation XX/XX/2018 after they cashed the check they sent me another bill for the difference and sent me to collections. Allstae actions has lower my credit scores from XXXX to XXXX.

Unlawful harassment may occur with or without economic injury to, a consumer. I drive my dependents, friends, etc. my self when I need to and when I choose to do so anywhere in the USA just like everyone else. This is my constitutional right.

An investigation into Florida ‘s Auto Policies underwriting policies forcing consumer ‘s to add dependents into consumer ‘s policies after insurance policy underwriters know they re not allowed to endorse a dependent without the permission of the vehicle ‘s title owner and when the underwriter ‘s know that the auto policy consumer who is the owner of the vehicle owner and does not agree to add the dependent and the dependent is not permitted by the owner of the vehicle to drive that vehicle and does not own that vehicle or any other vehicle. An owner of a vehicle has the right to say who can or ca n’t drive their own title vehicle.

An owner of a vehicle whose title of the vehicle is named only in that owners name has the right to transport any family member any friend any person they choose to transport at any time any where in the United States regardless of whether they live or not in the same household same state and specifically when that vehicle ‘s owner constitutionally has the right to decide who he ( or she ) may allow or may not allow others to drive their own titled vehicle.

I am the sole title owner of a handicapped vehicle. My son is XXXX years old is my depedent and a full-time student. Prior to obaining his driver ‘s license we called XXXX to find out if Florida state law requires him to have auto insurance if he does not own or have title to a vehicle, he does not drive my only vehicle and he lives with me. The field support office employee XXXX stated he can have a driver ‘s license ( not speaking about a permit ) and does not have to have an auto insurance policy if he does not own a vehicle and he does XXXX XXXX in the state of Florida.

XXXX is not the only insurance company who enforces Florida consumers to pay for auto insurance policies for dependants that the consumer has does not need. The insurance world enforcement tactics include endorsements unto a consumer ‘s auto policy a dependant without owning a vehicle nor is the dependant permitted to drive that other person ‘s vehicle by the sole owner living in the same household.
