Consumer Complaint: Credit management control {$290.00} was from XXXX at XXXX hospital my insurance at time ask for 3 different amounts for different doctors my employer paid off there credit card up front. I have receipts still and I have given to 2 other collection company when I disputed in past. They took off and put all 5 accounts back on credit under difficulty companies names.
Then credit tanks.
Other amounts for credit management control are {$300.00} and {$540.00}.
They were paid by employer for same XXXX. Had to pay up front paused in full.
And with XXXX XXXX XXXX same insurance requires co-pay had to pay before seen a doctor {$10.00} and {$13.00}.
Paid in full at time of service.
