Consumer Complaint: I have request PROOF OF CONTRACT to substantiate a claim that I owed the amount {$3300.00}. to XXXX XXXX XXXX. The Transunion nor the collection agency provide me with a CERTIFIED copy of an authenticated original contract with my signature, Specically Naming XXXX XXXX XXXX as an entity entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. The Reporting Agency send me on XX/XX/XXXX and updated account Investigation Results as Verified as accurate. But their answer is just a computer generated document with a copy signature that is not mine. They failure to Validate the account and to send me a notarized document that will demonstrate that the ” investigation ” was conducted properly.
The same happen with a XXXX case charging me with a {$580.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. Moreover, they have reporting in my credit report a XXXX XXXX XXXX, for the amount of {$8600.00} in this case I filed a dispute letter that the collection agency fail to informed me about why they failure to follow New Jersey repossessing Law, and failure to Validate the account
