( bda ) XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX is in Violation of 15 U.S. C. 1692-1692P On XX/XX/2018 ( I ) XXXX XXXX received a call at work from a Mr. XXXX XXXX ; in violation of 15 U.S.C 1692 C ( a ) ( 3 ). I was unable to talk at the time, so i called back and spoke to a young lady about why was i called.
I was then transferred to a Mr. XXXX XXXX who was both abusive and oppressive with me, in violation of 15 U.S.C 1692d.
Mr. XXXX also used obscene language with me, in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692d ( 2 ) and i asked him to end the call and he didn’t. I ask Mr. XXXX to remove my phone number and to state that i would not receive any further call and he would not agree to do what was asked.
