Consumer Complaint: I recently ran my credit report to discover why I was denied a loan and discovered there was an erroneously report debt by IC Systems regarding a charged off Debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted IC Systems of XXXX XXXX, MN and was told by their rep XXXX, that XXXX XXXX XXXX initially reported the debt as paid, but was then told by XXXX XXXX XXXX that my bank reversed the payment to XXXX XXXX XXXX somewhere around XX/XX/XXXX. I pulled my bank Statement to investigate and found the information given to me by IC systems rep XXXX was incorrect as my bank statement reflects the payment was debited from my checking account. In addition, the amount IC systems reported on my credit report is inaccurate. In addition, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding this false debt reported and found that I didn’t owe them anything and that any outstanding amounts were paid ( XXXX XXXX XXXX is sending confirmation via mail as well ). As a matter of fact, I changed my cable service and internet to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, and the XXXX XXXX XXXX rep confirmed that if I had any outstanding collection amounts owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX at that time, I would have been required to pay them up front before any new services was acquired. I contacted IC Systems again to inform them, and I sent documentation to prove this, and they could easily verify this information with XXXX XXXX XXXX, of which I believe that have not. I want this entry removed from my credit report and an apology sent to myself as well.
