Consumer Complaint: I received ( 4 ) four bills from XXXX , IXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , MO XXXX XXXX. For charges that I have no knowledge of.
Bill 1. consumer # XXXX client reference # XXXX Amount {$30.00} Bill 2. account # XXXX consumer # XXXX Amount {$290.00} Bill 3. account # XXXX consumer # XXXX Amount {$180.00} Bill 4. account # XXXX consumer # XXXX Amount {$160.00} with the total of {$670.00} that is been reported to the three credit bureaus. I called XXXX AND TOLD THEM THAT I DID NOT HAVE THESE BILLS. I DID NOT KNOW WHO MADE THESE CHARGES. I ASK THEM TO STOP REPORTING TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS ON MY SOCIAL SECURITY. I ASKED THEM TO REMOVE IT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT THEY REFUSED. THEY SAID IT WILL STAY ON MY CREDIT REPORT UNTIL I PAY. PLEASE ASK THEM TO REMOVE THE FOUR CHARGES FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. I HAVE CALLED THEM MORE THEN 10 TIMES. THEY STILL REFUSED TO REMOVE IT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. I FILED 4 DISPUTE WITH THE 3 CREDIT BUREAUS THEY ALSO REFUSE TO REMOVE IT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. I HOPE YOU CAN HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
