Legal Solutions Debt – Consumer Complaint – September 21, 2018

Consumer Statement:

I have not been scammed but “Legal Solutions Debt” is at it again. I received a Notice in the mail today about working on a lower rate for my $76K in Student Loans and maybe even, TOTAL DEBT FORGIVENESS!. Gee, how lovely. I even have a personal number XXXXXXXXXXXX. They have a barcode and all. They are listed in Irvine, CA.

Problem is, their info is old. I have been labeled as totally and permanently disabled by Social Security so Sallie Mae has forgiven my loans unless I recover and return to work within three years. Unfortunately, Navient has still refused to accept Social Securities decision so I am still paying them from my monthly disability check. So, be warned, this is a new round of debt help scams.
