Consumer Complaint: For the last year I have been back and forth with the credit bureaus about a Bank of America account that is reporting on my credit report I really don’t remember having a bank of America account. The credit bureaus keep responding stating that I should contact Bank Of America because they verified that the account is correct and belong to me. So after doing some research I learned that I can dispute directly with Bank of America which I did on XX/XX/2018. I did not get a response from them. So I sent another letter certified mail to their dispute department and also to the CEO and the letter was delivered approximately 2 weeks ago according to the USPS tracking, and they still have not responded to me and the account is reporting on my credit report
