Consumer Complaint: I received a major amounts of call and it would be a voice system and I would leave messages and never get a call back. The first time I received a collection notice was on XX/XX/XXXX for collection on an account that was discharged in my bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX. The debt was held by XXXX/ XXXX XXXX XXXX . taken out on XX/XX/XXXX in amount of {$5200.00}.
However this debt was included in my bankruptcy that has already been discharged as stated above.

After I received the collection I called and spoke to a man named XXXX at ext. XXXX at XXXX XXXX. XXXX advised me that he was collecting on above account that was not paid. But he couldnt tell me the date the loan was taken for or the company who serviced loan, so he would forward info to my house. He proceeded to get nasty after I advised him that this debt was included in my bankruptcy and was discharged. I told mark per my lawyer XXXX XXXX at XXXX that any collection attempts should be forwarded to him. XXXX proceeded to tell me that once the bankruptcy was discharged they had a right to collect on debt.

I then proceeded to call both XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX and was told that they didnt have any information on me in system. I was forwarded just Incase by XXXX id # XXXX from XXXX XXXX to their own collections department. Where I spoke to XXXX and she advised me that they didnt have such debt in their system either.

So on XXXX at XXXX XXXX I put in a claim against Sentry Credit , Inc. to the XXXX XXXX XXXX claim # XXXX. I recently received a response on XX/XX/XXXX from Sentry Credit inc. Stating that our client received an OCC complaint from the consumer and we are waiting for them to respond before we respond to her rejection. May please get an extension on the due date of our response?
