Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/18- The representative of XXXX XXXX XXXX called me within my working hours to collect a debt. A third person called me, did not identify himself and then he transfer the call to this representative. I tried to explain him that I was in working and can not speak about my personal stuff in front of my co-worker, but this person insisted in talking about why I have not pay my account.
This company uses the ” legal actions ” against the customer..this company never answer when I call them to negotiate my debts. Never answer the emails, and when I request an investigation, never did it. This harassment has to stop.
