Consumer Complaint: I moved into this apartment XXXX on XXXX. At the time I was in desperate need of a place to live so I was willing to pay just about anything to find a place to stay. They sold me on the fact they were planning on updating the place with new amenities. When I saw the suppose Demo unit for the place it was beautiful. Unfortunately they didn’t keep any of their promises. I never received my in-unit washer and dryer, I never got my in-unit table but every month I was being charge the price of having all these amenities.

I then contacted the office and the manager XXXX to figure out what was going on and he explained to me that everything would eventually be installed. None of what was promised happened. I didn’t feel it was fair to be charged for something I never received so I explained to the office I wanted to move. They were extremely rude about the situation, the threatened to mess up my credit and never gave me any paperwork necessary to move forward with the process. I moved out all my belongings and returned their keys to them even after they informed me this my moving out would mess up my credit. Now they’re charging me upwards of {$3300.00} when they didn’t give me my security deposit back ( which I didn’t expect to receive back ) and I honestly don’t think its fair whatsoever and I would like it removed off my credit report.
