Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to resolve this problem with this cvollection agency with no aval. The original creditor charged the wrong insurance company, I spoke to them and gave him again the correct health insurance to be paid. I sent to XXXX copy of my card insurance to get paid but yet still reporting wrong information on my credit report.

They just ignored my request ( XXXX ) and didn’t even call their client to see if they got paid already. like I told you before My insurance will pay this bill, the hospital billed the wrong insurance company.
