Consumer Complaint: My mother applied for an apartment with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2016. I was still in school and unemployed and did have a valid XXXX ID. I was suppose to be on the lease as an occupant. Every notice that was sent out was addressed to my mom only. She went to court for an eviction and the judgement was issued to her only. I went to apply for an apartment and was turned down due to the XXXX XXXX XXXX is showing on my credit. I never applied for the apartment, and was listed on the lease incorrectly.I have reached out and disputed the report several times. The amount listed is {$2200.00}. I have filed a police report and the credit reporting agency refuses to remove it off me when it is solely my moms account.
