Consumer Complaint: I have contacted experian by certifed mail, phone and online dispute on Fraud accounts on my credit file. First contact was by Online dispute XX/XX/17 requesting the account be verified as my right for the fair credit act then requested was denied and no verified info was sent as request. Second attempt was a call I placed to Experian on XX/XX/17 and was denied proof of Verification again a violation of my right to the fair credit act. Third and final attempt was a letter sent certified mail on XX/XX/2017 with a report from police that these account were fraud, I again never got it removed or a response for Experian. This accounts have been removed from XXXX and XXXX because of fraud and they could not verified. I am listing the accounts below. I have a right to have all accounts that do not belong to me and that the credit reporting agency can not be verified to be removed by the Fair credit act. Experian is violated my right. This is in true harm my life and career. I ask that the accounts listed below be removed right away.
