Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Wells Fargo to request to request my Loan Agreements, Correspondence relating to loan modifications, correspondence relating to denial of loan modifications and foreclosure petition.
The gentleman who answered phone advised me he has it but is not allowed to give me such information. He advised me my representative will call me back to give me information. I have called XXXX and 2 other employess and left countless number of messages and none will return my phone call. The original was almost taunting me by advising me he has the information but can not give it to me.

From my understanding I am entitled to these documents as they are negatively being used against me and has caused me great financial hardship. Wells Fargo continues to circumvent the law and disenfranchise American Citizens due to their greed and unethical behavior. I am requesting and will forward my case file to Senator XXXX and Senator XXXX review my EEOC case file to encourage Wells Fargo to submit my paperwork. This is very frustrating having to continue and battle with such a large organization that continues to manipulate its customers and the United States Government with its unethical behavior.
