Consumer Complaint: the company name XXXX XXXX XXXX calling themselves the debt collector for my XXXX accounts calls me 3 times a day in my cell number, my girlfriends number and my work place number. I requested them not to call as i am having financial hardship and national debt relief is working on my behalf to help me debt free. but the person named XXXX won’t listen. I told him i can not pay {$8700.00} and something they are asking all at once. he is just forcing me that its a one time deal and you dont get to pay this again. i told him the calls are disturbing me, its harassing me and making me depressed but he wont listen. the company and person named sudhirs calls me 3 times a day in 3 phone numbers which is 9 times everyday for straight 7 days. I would like to request them to stop harassment as i am already facing hardship and can barely manage to pay monthly to my debt relief program i am enrolled in. If the harassment wont stop, i will like to file a lawsuit against the company for XXXX, XXXX and threat.
