Consumer Complaint: I called the debitor they say this loan, two of them are mine. I called XXXX and XXXX XXXX they told me this was done electronic with a electronic signature .I was out school in XXXX was paying one one loan to government student loans XXXX and XXXX XXXX only.. Then this shows up on my credit XXXX, that I went back to school took out more loans .I stopped paying my loans to get this fixed and removed as fraud .I called XXXX and they say I owe for a colorado college loans I know nothing of colorado student loan.. I never did online signatures and I only went to one school which I have documentation to and payments. I told XXXX this, now they are saying I agreed to pay XXXX dollars a month payments .. I did not agree to anything with them.They are sending me bill statement thru the mail now. This is harassment to me. I had a fraud alert on my credit for yrs and yet this happens to me now. Why was my fraud alert lifted off my credit reports this would not of happened it alerts were still on the credit reports. How do I get this XXXX school loans off my credit reports and how do I prove fraud???
