Consumer Complaint: I am being harassed by a company that refers to themselves as XXXX XXXX XXXX. My family, friends, and I get phone calls frequently stating they have an open case against me that is being filed with the county or that I need an attorney because Im being sued. These calls phone calls are disruptive to my work life and could cost me my job. Ive blocked them numerous times but they continue to call with different numbers. They are relentless. They tell lies, use fear and coercion to make you pay. The most recent number they called with was XXXX at XXXX to myself and my XXXX XXXX XXXX father advising a case was filed against me with the district attorneys office and I am being served. Nearly gave my poor old father a XXXX XXXX.
