Consumer Complaint: Over the period of 3 months starting around XXXX, Ally Financial began contacting me trying to reach another person about a debt and leaving messages on my voice mail. I dismissed the calls as they didn’t pertain to me. However they called began to increase in frequency ( 5 or 6 times within an hour ) to a point where I had to begin blocking them. They changed tactics after this by using private or blocked numbers to bypass my blocks and using international call centers to try and reach me.
