Consumer Complaint: I filed a previous complaint regarding M.A.R.S. Inc and XXXX XXXX XXXX with this agency regarding the false reporting of a collection account to the credit reporting bureaus. I also attached court documentation. Since this agencies decision, we again went to court due to XXXX XXXX XXXX not paying the judgment against them in my favor. This was a small claims judgment in XXXX County KS # XXXX on XX/XX/17 for {$490.00} plus court costs and fees. The judge ruled that they were not to offset this amount on what they ” claimed ” I owed them as I owed them nothing. However, they have continued to report this as a collection account in the amount of {$880.00}. They originally were reporting this collection amount as {$1400.00}. They even verified this debt to the CFPB during the original investigation stating this amount was verified by XXXX XXXX XXXX as correct, when they knew full well that it was not. I sent M.A.R.S Inc all of the court documentation and they continued to knowingly report a fraudulent account.
