Consumer Complaint: CFPB COMPLAINT – XXXX UNLAWFUL COLLECTION PRACTICES XX/XX/XXXX XXXX is violating state and federal collections laws by harassing me for a paid-in-full one-time rodent abatement services ; a paid-in-full XXXX quarterly yard spraying schedule, and continued billing on an auto renewal I did not authorize see recent billing statement.

As a result, on XX/XX/XXXX, I sent to XXXX with a copy to XXXX XXXX, Cease & Desist for abusive and unfair collection practices, erroneous unwanted services, collections harassment. Yet they blow up my phone with non-stop collection calls all day, all week for six months now.

I have written them, called them and spoke with several collection people, having to repeat myself over and over, yet to no avail.

The Public Relations department calls and calls, Office of the President, I call back, and they dont return calls. Then they call again leaving the message : have you talked to the local office?

I never authorized a continuation of services past XXXX I paid for the four ( 4 ) quarters for XXXX IN ADVANCE for yard spraying. I have attached the cleared item check # XXXX for {$390.00} which cleared on XX/XX/XXXX.

With respect to the rodent abatement, removal of five dead fat rats, insulation removal, attic sterilization, new insulation, I paid in full the {$3400.00}. There are tenants in this property so I moved quickly to resolve this matter.
