Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2018 a collections showed up on credit report saying I owed XXXX in the amount of {$140.00} at an address in XXXX, Michigan which I have never been or lived. I immediately filed a theft report with this company and also a police report. After about 3 weeks this was removed from my credit report. I thought all was fixed until XX/XX/XXXX a collections company called I C Systems ( XXXX ) XXXX showed on my credit report for the same account with XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX fraud dept ) ( XXXX ) XXXX for the amount of {$140.00} with reference number XXXX. I have called all numbers that are possible and no one willing to help. So basically XXXX has swept this under the rug and decided a few months later to try and collect again very bad business.
