Consumer Complaint: I reached out to this company and credit bureaus to inform them all that this account was open fraudulently. I sent them certified letters on XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, 2018, and XX/XX/2018. It is now XX/XX/2018. I sent the CAROLINA FINANCE LLC and the CREDIT BUREAUS a copy of my police report, ID, and my social security card. The companies has not responded to any of my letter directly, which is a direct violation of the fair credit reporting act.
