Consumer Complaint: Failure to comply with request for validation. On XX/XX/2018 I sent via certified mail to Syncb/XXXX XXXX XXXX a request for validation and letter of dispute for an alleged debt that is reporting on XXXX a {$0.00} balance and on XXXX and XXXX a {$1000.00} balance. Syncb/XXXX XXXX XXXX received and signed for the letter on XX/XX/2018. Syncb/XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to respond to my letter of dispute/request for validation and to place comment of dispute with the credit bureaus they are reporting, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. On XX/XX/2018 I again sent a letter for request of validation and dispute via certified mail to Syncb/XXXX XXXX XXXX for which they received and signed for on XX/XX/2018. Again Syncb/XXXX XXXX XXXX completely ignored my letter and failed to place a comment of dispute with the credit bureaus. By doing so Syncb/XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation with applicable FCRA & FDCPA laws pertaining to this alleged debt they have erroneously placed on my credit report.
