Consumer Complaint: I am receiving a old medical service Bill ( Please see the attached copy ) that I disputed with hospital in many methods. I believe I have a right to protect my medical information and don’t want hospital share my SS # DOB or any other information to the third party company like XXXX XXXX XXXX to attempt the disputed bills.

As a Massachusetts resident I obtained health insurance policy and accept my health provider and primary care to negotiates with the insurance company before any medical service due and let patients know the results of the negotiation.
in my case I am billed by XXXX XXXX XXXX {$500.00} for the date of service XX/XX/2017 under my name address and account XXXX.

I called and give them written notice to resolve the problem but I received a debt collection notice from Gragil Associates, Inc and charged a increased amount of {$570.00} ( the original disputed amount {$500.00} ). This bill is a wrong bill to me and due to the XXXX ‘s financial administration processing fault and need to be resolved and must assured me that my medical information is not being compromised.
