Consumer Complaint: The debt collection agency IC System states that I owe {$17.00} for medication received on XX/XX/2018.

I provided proof that I paid it on XX/XX/2018 and I even have the bank statement to prove that the money came out of my account on XX/XX/2018 when I was notified of the amount to be paid.

The company claims to have investigated the debt, but still refuse to acknowledge that I did pay the debt. Even though the hospitals information app clearly shows that they received a payment from me.
