Consumer Complaint: My loan is through XXXX XXXX XXXX however in order to make payments you pay to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I am having trouble afford the minimum payments and the company will not lower payments, set up a better payment plan, nor change the due date. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX since they are the loan servicer, however you must leave a voicemail. For several weeks I have been contacting the company to see if they will extend my forbirence however I never receive a call back. I also emailed the XXXX XXXX XXXX however they have yet to contact me. My payment is due on the XXXX and Ive been trying to find a solution for my payment issue for weeks now without any help. XXXX XXXX XXXX says they can not help me at all and that if payment is late I will receive late fees, which Im trying to avoid. I have never missed one payment to this company so I dont have a deliquient account. If you can help me please contact me
