Consumer Complaint: Pentagon Federal Credit Union has been trying to collect on an debt that I do not owe for the past two years. I have been a victim of Identity Theft and have tried contacting the credit bureaus and Credit Union via mail and phone to inform them of that. Pentagon has hired 3 companies to collect on this debt and I do not believe that is legal, because I have never given either of these companies to input any information to my personal credit profile.
