Consumer Complaint: I have been receiving multiple calls, sometimes at the same time to my land line and cellphone. XXXX account, was closed a long time ago with XXXX balance. The last time I bought something from XXXX XXXX XXXX was on XX/XX/2018 and it was paid in full with a credit card and not with the XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I checked this morning my XXXX account and the balance is XXXX. I blocked the number but still received text message with link to check my XXXX account. I am receiving text and calls from XXXX with the same message from XXXX XXXX who owns the account.
