Consumer Complaint: Recievables performance management sent me a bill for {$770.00}. I asked them to validate that this & they did not but instead put it on my credit report at all credit bureaus. I again sent them a certified letter on XX/XX/18 which they signed they received on XX/XX/18 @ XXXX asking them to validate the debt by certain steps & AGAIN they ignored & sent a bill today XX/XX/18. They have also refused to notify the credit bureaus to remove this while it is under investigation. I want them to cease & desist immediately. XXXX XXXX XXXX had previously tried to collect this debt & they could not Validate it so they removed it. Recievables performance management has bought this & I have no contract with them either.
