Consumer Complaint: This writer had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and canceled said account within the time line stated in our agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX saw their error and corrected said error. The case number with XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX. ( See attached email document from XXXX XXXX XXXX ) However, before the correction was done XXXX XXXX XXXX forwarded the account to Sunrise Credit Service ( XXXX ) a collection company. XXXX was informed by XXXX XXXX XXXX via email that this account was not owed by this writer and was sent in error to XXXX.

This writer phoned XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to have them remove this collection account from all my credit reports ASAP. XXXX refuses to discuss said account with me since they no longer have the account, and refused to purge said collection account from all my credit reports, even though XXXX was instructed to purge said collection account from this writer ‘s credit reports ASAP by XXXX XXXX XXXX.
