Consumer Complaint: On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke with someone in XXXX XXXX ‘s office, the solicitor for Amsher. I told them this amount is not validly owed and I am working with XXXX to resolve this matter, and clear my credit and good name. Because this amount is not owed, I should not have to paid it. I do not want to have to take legal action, but will do so, if necessary, to defend my good name and good credit. Amsher ‘s inaccurate report of an alleged debt negatively affected my credit score by 159 points, and they had not, at that time, made any effort to reach me.
