I sent them certified letters on XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX ; and XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX. I sent the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and all 3 credit bureaus a copy of my police report, ID Theft Affidavit, ID, and my social security card. The company has not responded to any of my letter directly, which is a direct violation of the fair credit reporting act.
