Consumer Complaint: I have a collection reporting from XXXX XXXX, I saw on my report that I have a collection I went and paid it just so it would be resolved. I was unsure what the debt was so I have made several requests for them to tell me what it is for after paying the debt. I should not have paid it without but I was thinking it wouldn’t effect me if I pay it immediately. Boy was I wrong and now they are completely ignoring me.
