Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. I live in XXXX, Florida, My ex-husband and I received a car loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX approximately 20+ years ago. When my husband and I separated, I filed for bankruptcy due to financial hardship. I also filed for bankruptcy on several other occasions. Around the first of this year, my place of employment was contact by, XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX, a debt collector .seeking to have my employer garnishee my wages. Fortunately I was no longer employed with that agency. Around XX/XX/2018 I was served, along with my previous employer, with court documents from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX attempting to collect on the auto loan that I received approximately 20+ ago, Mr. XXXX constantly called and harassed my previous employer on a daily basis. Mr. XXXX and employee of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX are constantly calling and harassing consumers. Somehow of another XXXX XXXX XXXX are able to file suit on debt that are well past the statue of limitation.
