Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, at approx. XXXX EST, I received a phone call from XXXX — an employee of Paramount Recovery Services . The employee would not give her name. She stated I had a medical debt from XX/XX/XXXX and I needed to verify my personal information. I told her I was not comfortable giving her my personal information ; however, somehow she knew my personal information, including the last four digital of my SSN. I immediately hung up the phone as I do not have an outstanding medical bill and my credit report does not reflect this six year debt they claim I have.
