Consumer Complaint: From XX/XX/XXXX Fall Semester at XXXX university I had a loan with Salle Mae. The loan was approved and I went to school and sat in class. in XX/XX/XXXX my loan was taken back from me mid semester. I was informed by XXXX University That Salle Mae took back my loan after the financially clear date. I ended up back at home facing extreme loan debt while attempt to restart my education because most of my credits didn’t transfer over.
Salle Mae is missing that particular loan document to which I will need in court against Navient.
this is a formal complaint against Salle Mae, Navient and XXXX University.
I am entitled to all documents signed by me and my cosigner.
I have spent a month attempting to get the correct document from Navient and without this all documents are null and void.
I signed 4 documents considered loans with Salle Mae 3 approved and one approved anhen unapproved at a later date and pulled from my school XXXX at the time.
This is a document I will need in all cases against Navient and or Salle Mae.
Both parties are claiming they can not locate it.
Please assist as I will need the document as soon as possible.
