Consumer Complaint: I first contacted First Federal Credit Control about a {$130.00} collection item on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked them to validate the debt. See attached letter. They ignored my request. I have written to them every month since then but to no avail. Apparently FFCC is not familiar with the requirements of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act that requires them to remove any reporting if they can not validate it. I need your help in getting them to comply with the law.
